At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of industry experience, we are seeking top talent to join our centers. If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are looking for a Collective Catering Cook to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. We offer: Full-time: 40 hours per week; Schedule: short week (3 days), long week (4 days), rotating shifts, and alternate weekends. Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement. Responsibilities: Prepare dishes; ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications; implement good practices; develop menus and adapted diets; collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow; supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary; ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping; perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils; train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered. To achieve this, some stages of the selection process may be supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, with human review and final decision-making.
