**Main Functions and Key Responsibilities**

You will be part of the Human Resources and Administration team, responsible for supporting the department’s administrative management, recruitment processes, and monitoring of labor and personnel policies. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper documentation handling, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for employees.
* Recruitment support: posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding documentation.
* Onboarding and offboarding: coordinating new hires’ integration, preparing welcome materials and documentation, and managing departures in an orderly manner.
* Internal communication and inquiries: responding to employees’ labor-related questions, providing information about internal policies, and assisting in disseminating departmental communications.
* Record maintenance and compliance: ensuring adherence to legal deadlines and obligations, preparing documentation for audits, and keeping systems and files up to date.
* Training and development support: coordinating training sessions, managing attendance, and assisting in tracking development plans.
* Collaboration with external providers and public administration: managing communications with external entities (mutual insurance companies, labor inspection authorities, employment agencies) and processing related documentation.
* Process improvement: identifying areas for improvement in administrative procedures and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

* Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and experience with HR management systems; experience with payroll software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection; additional training in occupational risk prevention is valued.
* Interpersonal skills, discretion, and internal service orientation.
* Availability to work standard office hours and attend events or training sessions as required.
