Emergency Administrative Assistant

**Key responsibilities include:**
**Function 1:** PATIENT CARE
Assist patients during admission, inpatient registration, and collection of diagnostic test results, ensuring protection of users’ personal data.
Inform and assist patients regarding center procedures, guiding them throughout their stay.
Respond to and coordinate medical emergencies by referring patients to emergency department staff and communicating the reason for their visit.
**Function 2:** SERVICE OPERATIONS
Verify patient-provided information to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Schedule, confirm, modify, or cancel specialist appointments—either in person, by phone, or virtually.
Arrange ambulance transportation for patients.
Process and manage admissions for scheduled patients.
Handle patient registration by requesting relevant documentation (e.g., national ID card, health insurance card, etc.).
**Function 3:** DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
Support the preparation of statistical reports on clinical record handling, waiting times, and billing, submitting them to management.
Process all charges generated from medical services or procedures within the SAP information system.
**Requirements:**
* Vocational Training Certificate (Medium Level) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. \- English proficiency at B2 level. \- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare settings. \- Excellent verbal communication skills. \- Proficiency in computer applications. \- Flexible availability.
