Promotes equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity. ### **Introduction** To continue with our growth and development plan, we want to add a Key Account Manager to our team who combines sales skills with technical knowledge in technology to sell IT products or services (software, hardware, cloud solutions) to our customers. ### **Role Goals** * Seek new customers and develop the target market. * Understand customer problems and propose appropriate technological solutions (hardware, software, cloud services). * Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products. * Manage the sales process until the deal is closed. * Maintain a good after\-sales relationship and ensure long\-term satisfaction. * Collaborate with engineers and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. ### **Desired requirements** * Technical profile with communication and leadership skills. * High level of Catalan, Spanish, and English. * Availability to start immediately. ### **We offer** Full\-time permanent contract.
