**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Forestry Foremen/Forewomen (Mallorca). **Workplace** -------------------- * Travel throughout the island of Mallorca, especially the Serra de Tramuntana. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Interpretation of cartographic materials * Work planning * Supervision of assigned workers * Control and maintenance of machinery * Recording of interventions using mobile applications * Performance monitoring and management **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the candidate’s curriculum vitae, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold an FP I/CFGM or FP II/CFGS qualification, or a Professional Certification at Level 2 or 3 in the specialty enabling performance of the duties associated with this position. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force * Agricultural or Forestry knowledge * Eligibility to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; additionally, no prior training contract of this type linked to the same qualification may have been executed for longer than 6 months). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention Course for Construction (enabling) * Advanced phytosanitary license * Course on chainsaw and/or brush cutter operation and/or maintenance * Course on cartographic applications using mobile devices * 2000 hours of additional training in the agricultural and/or forestry sector **Observations** ----------------- * The application period will remain open from today, 14/07/2026, until 29/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, with possible extension for another 6 months, if applicable. In case a trainee/training contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be related to the duties described in this vacancy, and activities performed under the trainee contract must be appropriate to the qualification, thereby enabling acquisition of professional practice commensurate with the level of studies completed.
