Description Mac Hotels, a leading company in the hotel sector, is seeking to hire a committed and experienced Deputy Manager for our 3* holiday resort located in Puerto de Alcúdia. Your main responsibility will be to support management in the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring efficient management of both human and material resources to guarantee unique guest experiences and exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as substitute for the Manager in their absence, assuming all their responsibilities. * Ensure achievement of the company’s established objectives, policies, strategies and budgets. * Collaborate in analysing business performance and propose continuous improvements. * Supervise and coordinate the management of all hotel departments. * Participate in the supervision and evaluation of the entire hotel staff’s performance. * Maintain and foster relationships with guests. * Maintain relationships with external representatives in the Manager’s absence. * Guarantee maintenance of quality and service standards across all hotel areas. * Represent the company at social events in the Manager’s absence. * Ensure guest satisfaction. * Promote and participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. * Comply with the company’s existing quality, environmental and occupational risk prevention standards.
