You define us—you make SGS. **Job Description** We are recruiting a **Technical Architect** with experience in processing and supervising **urban planning procedures**, such as construction permits, activity licenses, responsible declarations, etc., within Urban Collaborative Entities (ECUs). **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Reviewing documentation for granting construction permits and responsible declarations, in accordance with local urban planning regulations. * Issuing conformity certificates or deficiency reports accordingly. * Adapting procedures and preparing documentation for EBAC accreditation as an ECU in the Balearic Islands. * Visiting various construction sites to certify that works execution complies with the responsible declaration or construction permits. **Requirements** * Accredited Technical Architecture education in Spain. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the described functions. * Familiarity with technical drawings and documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Key Competencies:** Proactivity, customer orientation, strategic business vision, communication skills, adaptability to change, and flexibility. **Additional Information** **What will you find at SGS?** * We are a multinational leader in our sector, operating across virtually all industrial sectors. * What SGS employees value most is our positive working environment. * We provide technical and soft-skills training to support continued professional growth. * We offer Flexible Compensation and special discounts for SGS personnel. * We are a sustainable company actively engaged in social issues. * We are committed to equality and diversity within our teams.
