Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced draftsman to manage and update the reference library, provide support on CAD projects, and supervise the implementation of improvements at the Resort. Health, benefits, and training programs for the team. \- Creation of the reference library. * Development of maintenance and updating of files. * Support for Maintenance Department Managers and Technicians in preparing drawings and projects required by the Company. * Supervision of Resort improvement projects implementation. * Management of files containing graphical information on projects and drawings. * Creation of the reference library. * Advising AutoCAD network users on how to use design tools and locate computer files. * Updating As\-Built information. Fieldwork in cases where As\-Built information is not provided. * Creation of CAD documents for projects. Support on design projects in collaboration with other team members. * Plotting excavation drawings, coordinated with Maintenance Managers or Technicians. * Supervising project information delivery and receipt. Requirements Education: * Vocational Training Level II in Construction Drafting. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and similar software (ADT, Accurender, BIM, Revit). * User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is desirable. * Basic knowledge of construction topics. * Fluent English is desirable. Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar duties.
