Develop personal & occupational skills through new technologies The Òmnia Point is a publicly accessible service for new technologies, open to everyone, offered in spaces and/or facilities equipped with public and community-use hardware and software, supported by a professional who dynamizes the space and assists users. This professional—the dynamizer—is essential for implementing the program in each territory and ensuring that Òmnia Points become spaces of social inclusion, interaction, training, information, and community participation. Òmnia is a tool to broaden people's knowledge, encourage their participation in matters affecting them, and strengthen Catalonia’s associative fabric and services, thereby driving social improvement processes. This program also aims to create synergies among diverse social actors to foster responsible use of ICTs. Ultimately, it is a program that works with new technologies, understanding them as a means to enhance and promote greater personal autonomy and as an element supporting participation and social cohesion. \- Design and organize activities to approach, connect, and link with community group(s), such as neighborhood associations. \- Support the development of the defined project and monitor its progress. \- Promote people's autonomy through the use of ICTs. \- Foster interpersonal relationships and people's connection to the community. \- Develop users’ personal and occupational skills through access to new technologies and through training and retraining processes. \- Promote coordinated action among the associative sector, volunteers, non-profit managing entities, and institutional initiatives, to pool efforts in a territorially focused manner. \- Dynamize local neighborhood associations so they can access the information society, thereby improving their actions and participating in preventing and combating social exclusion. \- Promote and reinforce existing networks to foster social cohesion. \- Dynamize spaces of interaction and coexistence throughout programs aimed at promoting participation and coexistence. * Two years’ experience in integrating people at risk of social and labor exclusion; in community dynamization within the area of intervention (Ribera d’Ebre); and in digital competence training for people in vulnerable situations. * Higher Vocational Training Qualification * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- ICT competencies: advanced level (ACTIC certification valued) \- Knowledge of mediation and conflict management among community agents. \- Proficiency in group dynamization and intervention techniques. \- Knowledge of innovation and creativity in group work. \- Familiarity with local resources to enable efficient network-based work. \- Specific knowledge regarding design, implementation, and evaluation of community projects. \- Leadership, to manage teams comprising professionals and associations. \- Autonomy, to operate independently and make timely decisions. \- Problem-solving ability, to effectively handle situations arising from community work involving diverse stakeholders. \- Knowledge of information and dissemination techniques and tools for community dynamization. \- Specific intercultural knowledge. * Vehicle availability * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 2002 * Other relevant details: Itinerant work across various municipalities in the comarca (Ribera d’Ebre).
