As a leading company in the insurance sector, we aim to incorporate enthusiastic individuals with commercial skills into our team to support our continuous growth. **Your responsibilities would include:** * Making outbound calls to customer databases provided by the company to acquire new clients * Preparing and delivering personalized offers and advice based on identified client needs * Explaining and presenting the products and services offered * Closing commercial transactions **We offer:** * A 25-hour weekly employment contract from Monday to Friday. The position is on-site and stable, initially temporary with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract upon achievement of objectives * This position is NOT for short-term campaigns, as we aim to expand and consolidate our professional team * Initial online training to familiarize you with our products and, above all, how to perform your job effectively * Online platform training to obtain the official **Insurance Mediator Certification** (accredited certificate) required by the Directorate General of Insurance to carry out this activity * Professional development opportunities within the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and the ability to identify customer needs in order to guide and offer them high-value-added insurance solutions * Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset * Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued, as well as holding Insurance Certificates B and Level 3 **Join our team!**
