The Quality Control and Monitoring unit is responsible for controlling and improving the quality of performed work, and reducing incidents, complaints, and regulatory risks. Additionally, it monitors the economic performance of Meter Operations, contributing to achieving the organization’s budgetary objectives. It supports decision-making through reliable information, performance indicators, and trend analysis. It ensures compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory deadlines affecting distribution activities. It drives continuous process improvement, operational standardization, and technical\-economic efficiency of projects. It provides a cross\-functional view of activities, enabling early detection of deviations, identification of improvement opportunities, and enhanced inter\-departmental coordination, ensuring efficient and sustainable execution of regulated operations and meter campaigns. The ultimate motivation of this unit is to contribute to excellence in electricity service quality. **What are the core responsibilities of this role?** Coordinate, perform, and supervise verification, inspection, testing, and incident handling for measurement equipment within its scope of responsibility; resolve measurement and telemeasurement incidents at distribution boundaries, in accordance with applicable procedures and legislation. Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors, within the scope of professional competencies and level of expertise, as required by service needs; and actively participate in compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations. **What will you be responsible for?** Monitoring and supervision of current quality controls. Contractual deadline management. Identification of new controls and implementation thereof. Notification of detected incidents. Contribution to improvements and reviews of associated operational procedures. Preparation of penalty proposals and review of objections. Participation in defining and testing new system or tool developments. Economic monitoring and control. Data processing, extraction, and queries from Beat, SAP/OP, and Salesforce for quality control, economic, monitoring, and KPI development activities. **What qualifications are required?** The **essential** requirements for this role are: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related field * **Knowledge:** Technical knowledge of measurement equipment and electrical installations. Familiarity with SAP/OP, Beat systems, Salesforce, and Power BI.
