Key Responsibilities Design microservices-based architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and high performance. Define architectural patterns, technical guidelines, development standards, and high-level documentation. Lead the design and implementation of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ECS/EKS/AKS/GKE, etc.). Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, standardizing deployments and automations. Participate in the evolution of existing architectures, driving improvements in observability, performance, and maintainability. Lead the transformation toward cloud-native architectures and modernization of monolithic applications. Manage and version Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, or others depending on the platform. Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents, architecture reviews, and technical audits. Evaluate technologies, tools, and best practices related to containers, orchestration, and integration platforms. Requirements More than 6 years of experience in software architecture design and implementation, with focus on microservices and containers. Solid experience with orchestrators such as Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE or on-prem), OpenShift, or other cloud-native environments. Advanced knowledge of Docker containers and CNCF ecosystems. **Experience designing distributed solutions:** messaging, API management, service mesh, scaling, and observability. **Experience with IaC:** Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, or equivalents. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton…). Familiarity with modern integration patterns (event-driven, pub/sub, streaming…). Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud or hybrid environments. **Language:** Spanish. We Will Value Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS), DevOps, or Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with service meshes such as Istio, Linkerd, or Consul. **Observability and monitoring expertise:** Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry. Experience with serverless or event-driven architectures. Experience in technology consulting, technical audits, or team leadership. Written and spoken English proficiency.
