Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible personnel to operate and program injection molding machinery, perform quality control, and maintain the workstation in Alovera. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and programming of injection molding machines and robots. 2. Quality control and defect correction. 3. Full-time rotating shift (morning, afternoon, night). We are looking for personnel to work in Alovera performing tasks such as operating injection molding machines, starting and stopping them, as well as operating and programming robots and tools. Responsibilities also include quality control, correction of defects in parts, changing tooling nameplates on machines, using Office software, and maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation, along with other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, on a rotating shift basis (morning, afternoon, night), Monday through Sunday, with schedules between 06:00 and 22:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Technical background preferred. \- Basic knowledge of Office.
