If you are a motivated professional with solid academic training and experience in project design and development, and if you seek a dynamic, growth-oriented professional environment, this is your opportunity! **Your Role:** As an Offers and Projects Engineer, you will be a key player in the lifecycle of our projects—from conception through to client presentation. Your work will be essential to the commercial and technical success of our proposals, ensuring that we deliver tailor-made, high-quality solutions meeting our clients’ needs. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * **Technical\-Economic Design of Budgets and Projects:** You will be responsible for the detailed preparation of budgets and projects, both from a technical and economic perspective, with the aim of effectively presenting them to our clients. This will involve a deep understanding of client requirements, selection of the most suitable technologies and solutions, and accurate estimation of associated costs. * **Client-Facing Project Presentations and Defense:** You will have the opportunity to interact directly with our clients, presenting and defending the technical and economic proposals you have designed. You must be able to clearly, persuasively, and professionally communicate the benefits and value of our solutions, answer their questions, and overcome objections. * **Support to Sales and Pre-Sales Teams:** You will closely collaborate with our sales and pre-sales teams, providing the necessary technical support to identify business opportunities and develop effective commercial strategies. Your expert knowledge will be vital in guiding the sales team toward defining optimal solutions for each client. * **Product Management:** You will actively participate in managing our portfolio of products and solutions, contributing insights regarding market needs, technological trends, and competitive landscape. Your strategic vision will contribute to continuous improvement and the development of new offerings. REQUIREMENTS **Education and Experience:** * Technical degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Minimum one year of demonstrable experience in budgeting and project design for Electronic Security Systems. * Experience conducting site visits for data collection and subsequent engineering budgeting. * Vendor management. * Knowledge of Private Security Regulations. * Experience with AutoCAD. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Advanced level of English (desirable). * Knowledge of integration platforms, IP CCTV, intrusion detection systems, access control systems (CCAA), video analytics, and intercom systems. * Desirable (experience in quoting projects for): Communication networks—fixed and wireless; communications security; system integration; knowledge of Presto.
