




Job Summary: Support the Salesforce team in project and enhancement management, from requirement identification to solution validation. Key Highlights: 1. Basic functional support and incident management MISSION Provide support to the Salesforce functional team in tasks related to project or enhancement management, including requirement identification, requirements analysis, review and preparation of functional documentation, as well as participation in the execution and support of user testing, contributing to the correct definition and validation of implemented solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support in functional analysis and requirements documentation for projects and enhancements. Collaboration in user testing and solution validation. Basic functional support and incident management. REQUIREMENTS **Required Experience:** Prior experience in Salesforce environments will be valued. Participation in technology projects for requirements elaboration, needs identification, and user support. **Required Knowledge:** Basic Salesforce knowledge will be valued. Basic knowledge of functional analysis and requirements gathering. Experience or familiarity with functional documentation (use cases, user stories, requirements). **Skills:** Teamwork and proactive attitude. Analytical ability and capacity to learn. Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
