We are seeking a Machine Operator Assistant for a company in Chamartín. Your responsibilities will include active participation in manufacturing and packaging processes on production lines. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery—such as granulators and blister packaging machines—ensuring compliance with correct procedures. This also involves preparing work areas, clearing production lines, and ensuring a constant supply of raw materials and other necessary production elements. Working hours follow a rotating 6+3 shift pattern between morning shifts (7:00–15:00) and afternoon shifts (15:00–23:00), with three days of rest after each work period. A permanent employment contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of €24,600 plus additional allowances. Additionally, parking is available at Plaza Castilla. * Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma, vocational training level 1 (FP1), vocational training level 2 (FP2), or higher (the relevant diploma/certified transcript will be requested; official recognition or homologation is not required). * Minimum one year of experience as a factory operator in the pharmaceutical sector (experience with tablet manufacturing is ideal). * Availability to work at Plaza Castilla (later relocation to Meco; no exact transfer date has been set).
