A position is available for forestry work with a chainsaw in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities include tree felling and pruning, as well as logging, limbing, and bucking of timber. Worksite preparation and conditioning tasks will also be performed, along with basic maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of the chainsaw. Proven experience in forestry work—particularly in tree felling and pruning—as well as in operating a chainsaw for the aforementioned tasks is required. Basic knowledge of chainsaw and other forestry tool maintenance is also necessary. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract, with working hours from 8:00 to 18:00. Salary will comply with the collective agreement for the forestry and sawmill sector of the Principality of Asturias.
