We are looking for a Technical Project Lead with senior experience in development and technical team management to lead our internal software projects. You will have the opportunity to lead a proactive and diverse technical development team, working in coordination on the evolution and maintenance of our technological solutions. Key responsibilities include: – Lead and coordinate software development projects, ensuring technical quality and adherence to deadlines. – Guide and motivate development teams (front-end, back-end, and AS400) and support teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. – Actively participate in defining technical architecture and making decisions regarding technologies and frameworks. – Ensure efficient integration between the company's various systems and applications. – Collaborate with other departments to translate business needs into robust technological solutions. – Work closely with the CTO on improvement plans and team coordination.
