On this occasion, we are looking to incorporate new team members into one of our **most established** projects managed since 2018, in collaboration with a renowned telecommunications company known for its close, honest, and high-quality service. **Their way of working is based on very clear principles: no aggressive sales calls, acknowledging mistakes, and respecting customers' time.** *If you identify with this philosophy, we would love to meet you.* What will you do in this role? * You will handle calls from people interested in receiving information or contracting services from a well-known virtual telecom operator. * You will resolve inquiries, manage incidents, and provide support to customers regarding products they already have contracted. * You will offer additional company products, always from an advisory and personalized service approach. What do we offer? * Fixed contract from the first day. * 30 weekly hours, on afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
