We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager who can own the risk and control environment for our Telecom operations — someone who understands complex communication workflows, thrives in fast\-moving settings, and knows how to keep high\-volume, high\-impact systems safe, compliant, and resilient. Let’s get in touch. **What you'll be doing*** Assessing and monitoring risks across Telecom communication flows and platform performance * Designing and improving scalable controls and processes for safe, compliant messaging * Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and FinCrime to embed strong risk practices * Driving root\-cause analyses and implementing sustainable fixes * Reporting and supporting key risk updates, audits, and assurance activities **What you'll need*** A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field * 4\+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry * A solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA), industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills * Impeccable communication, deal\-making, and stakeholder management skills * Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning *Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
