You will be the coordination engine among people, processes, and technology—and the voice driving cultural change. **What will you do daily?** * Manage and prioritize the project portfolio, defining its governance, monitoring, and KPIs. * Ensure clear objectives, roadmaps, and metrics for each initiative. * Implement and adapt agile methodologies and standardize management processes. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage inter-departmental dependencies. * Design and drive change management plans, supporting managers and product owners in adopting new ways of working. * Measure and report on the impact and ROI of initiatives. * Prepare executive reports for leadership. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Organization, or related field. A Master’s degree in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Agile, Lean, or Change Management is desirable. Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Change Manager is highly valued.
