**Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 4 Senior Engineers / Graduates or Technical Engineers / Graduates holding an Official Master’s Degree to provide support in the Water Registry. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ourense Address: Ourense **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Updating Water Registry files * Preparing reports, administrative procedures, and submissions * Planning fieldwork routes * Field verification of the accuracy of collected data **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Annexes documenting practical training, where applicable, to verify and certify the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Senior Engineering degree, Technical Engineering degree / Bachelor’s degree with an Official Master’s degree in Forestry, Industrial, Agricultural, Geological, Civil, Roads, Canals and Ports Engineering, or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology (MECES Level 3). Qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B * Proficiency in office software tools * Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited complementary courses in Geographic Information Systems (minimum 50 hours) * Accredited complementary courses in database management (minimum 25 hours) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Verifiable professional experience working with databases * Verifiable professional experience managing files related to the Water Registry or water concessions within river basin authorities, preparing inventories, updating and/or regularizing cadastral records, land control for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), and/or boundary demarcation * Verifiable professional experience administering and managing geodatabases and entity layers in ArcGIS Online or in GIS projects involving ESRI’s ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online) * Verifiable professional experience in work related to the Miño-Sil Hydrographic Demarcation **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours + Start date in January.
