We are looking for a responsible, organized person who can easily communicate with travelers from all around the world. **Main Responsibilities** * In-person and telephone guest service. * Reservation management, check-in/check-out, and use of PMS. * Providing tourist information and resolving questions or issues. * Cash handling and payments. * Coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams. * Ensuring a positive experience throughout the guest's stay. **Requirements** * **High proficiency in Spanish, English, and French** *\- other languages will be highly valued.* * Customer service experience (ideally in hospitality). * Good interpersonal skills, punctuality, and proactive attitude. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Basic computer skills. **We Offer** * Multicultural environment and good working atmosphere. * Training in hostel tools. * Opportunities for internal growth.
