Contract type: Full-time – Permanent employment Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Salary: €2,500 gross/month - Participate in estimating the resources required for industrial plant operations, as well as in defining key milestones to optimize processes. - Ensure operational processes are executed on time, with optimal quality and methodology. - Facilitate optimal communication between the client and plant operations. - Implement operational improvements to maximize resource efficiency and optimize center profit-and-loss statements. - Apply the VDA standard (Volkswagen Group Consortium) regarding continuous improvement processes. - Collaborate with external and internal clients in defining new processes and analyzing potential impacts on departmental quality indicators. - Analyze the performance and effectiveness of operational processes for client’s new projects, with the aim of designing improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, and/or output. - Guarantee strict adherence to client-defined indicators concerning process quality, service level, and client collaboration. - Analyze the aforementioned KPIs to optimize processes and resources. * Experience: 3 years. - Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in highly demanding industrial or automotive environments, including direct client-facing responsibilities. - Familiarity with working under KPI-driven frameworks and aligned quality standards. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Organization Engineering. - A Master’s degree in Industrial Organization is an advantage. - Proficiency in IT tools relevant to this position. - Knowledge and experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies: 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Manufacturing, etc. - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset when addressing frontline problems. * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree – Industrial Organization * German (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: 5S, VSM, Lean Manufacturing * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €2,500 * Additional information: Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.
