Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Deliver friendly and professional service to guests both in person and over the phone, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. * **Check-in and Check-out:** Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate room assignments and precise registration of guest information. * **Rate Management:** Adjust and update rates across various OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms in accordance with hotel policies. * **Reservation Management:** Handle and coordinate room reservations—both individual and group bookings—ensuring availability and occupancy control. * **Billing:** Process and issue invoices for rooms and meeting rooms, verifying accuracy of charges and transactions. * **Daily Closeout:** Perform daily hotel activity closeout, including account reconciliation and report preparation. * **Cash Reconciliation:** Conduct daily cash reconciliation, monitoring and recording income while ensuring fund accuracy. * **Email Management:** Monitor and manage the hotel’s email inbox, responding promptly and professionally. * **Charge Oversight:** Review and ensure correct allocation of charges to rooms and meeting rooms, preventing discrepancies and errors.
