**Job Offer** Electromechanical / Electronic Technician with Projection to Team Leader **Company:** Orangetm Desarrollos Industriales S.L. **Location:** Algemesí (Valencia) \+ travel within the province We are looking for an **electromechanical/electronic technician** who is eager to do their job well, grow professionally, and in the medium term, be able to coordinate other colleagues **once they have demonstrated** technical ability and responsibility. Important: This position starts without direct reports. Responsibility over other workers and the associated salary increase will come only if you demonstrate on a daily basis that you are ready for it. **Main Responsibilities** Your work will focus on the **electronic and electrical** aspects, as well as the mechanical components of machinery: * **Electronics and automation systems** * Diagnosing and repairing faults in: * Electrical and control panels. * Drives, contactors, relays, limit switches, sensors, photocells, safety barriers, etc. * Adjusting and commissioning automation systems and control equipment. * **Industrial machinery** * Maintenance, repair, and minor improvements on: * Machine tools. * Logistics and material handling machines. * Packaging/processing machinery and production lines. * **Electrical installations** * Assembly and modification of industrial electrical installations. * Wiring, conduits, connections, and verification. * Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and blueprints. * **Training and documentation** * Participating in internal and supplier-provided training on equipment operation, doors, and automation systems. * Studying manuals and technical documentation when necessary to fully understand the equipment we work with. * Completing work reports and clearly reporting incidents. Requirements * Technical education: * Intermediate or advanced vocational training (CFGM/CFGS) in **Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering**, or similar. * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in: * Maintenance/repair of industrial machinery, automation systems, or electrical installations, * and/or automatic doors / industrial doors (desirable). * Ability to: * Diagnose electrical/electronic faults. * Work **independently** once objectives have been explained. * Read and understand schematics and manuals. **Personal skills:** * Problem-solving ability and focus on resolving issues without creating additional complications. * Responsibility, organization, and professionalism. * Ability to work both in a team and independently. * Good time and task management. * **Willingness to continue learning** (including self-training using manuals and technical documentation provided by the company). **Others:** * Valid driver's license **B**. * Availability to travel throughout the Valencia province. * Residence within **30 km of Algemesí** will be valued.
