Location: This position is located at Local 44 CC La Maquinista Carrer de Potosi 2\-4, Barcelona, , 08030 Spain Role Summary: The primary objective of this role is to support the store management team in creating a store environment that fosters creativity, employee development, and the VIBE philosophy. Maintain Urban Outfitters' "Peers Training Peers" philosophy. What You'll Be Doing: **People:*** Deliver a positive and friendly experience by engaging customers through conversation and service. * Enhance the atmosphere by focusing on customers rather than tasks during peak hours. * Provide a store experience that reflects the company's "mystery shop" standards. * Contribute to the overall store atmosphere by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others. * Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model for peers. **Teamwork and Communication:*** Work productively within the team and take initiative to collaborate with others toward a common, shared goal. * Assist in the training and development of peers. * Communicate positively and effectively with peers. * Actively participate in daily and departmental meetings. **Operations:*** Demonstrate proficiency in job knowledge (e.g., cash handling, stockroom, sales floor, and fitting rooms). * Participate in order processing and help the team maintain clean and organized receiving and restocking areas. * Assist in the timely and accurate completion of weekly tasks (e.g., markdowns, labeling, transfers, and RTV). * Demonstrate awareness of loss prevention guidelines and comply with all inventory control measures. * Always comply with company health and safety regulations. **Merchandising and Display:*** Maintain store merchandising and cleanliness standards. * Ensure merchandise is correctly labeled, signed, and that the sales floor is well-stocked. * Support sales by assisting with merchandising and display projects. * Demonstrate familiarity with current products and knowledge of trends.
