




At EDIBON, an internationally leading Spanish company with over 45 years of experience in designing and manufacturing educational equipment for universities and centers of excellence worldwide, we are seeking: Customer Support Engineer With a broad international outlook, from our headquarters in Móstoles we export approximately 98% of our production to customers in more than 140 countries. The selected candidate will benefit from direct contact with customers worldwide and will join a leading, entrepreneurial team. We seek proactive individuals with strong communication skills and technical product understanding—people who, with determined attitudes, wish to develop, grow, and become part of our expansion project. Responsibilities * Handle and manage post-delivery customer incidents and requests * Train/inform customers on equipment operation * Participate in equipment installations at customer locations and explain their operation * Ensure high-quality customer service and efficiently resolve technical incidents * Generate periodic reports on incidents, response times, and implemented solutions * Ensure compliance with company-defined quality standards and response time targets * Fully on-site position in Móstoles Requirements Technical education Advanced English is mandatory. A language test will be administered.
