




Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary Warehouse Manager to coordinate customer service, order management, and warehouse supervision, reporting to the Commercial Delegate. We are seeking to temporarily hire a Warehouse Manager to cover a substitution, requiring prior experience in warehousing and logistics, with a focus on planning and organization. Reporting to the Commercial Delegate, responsibilities include: * Providing telephone and in-person customer service (advisory support, stock inquiries, delivery timelines, etc.). * Entering purchase orders and goods receipts into the ERP system. * Managing and supervising warehouse operations (placing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels including maximum and minimum thresholds, stock adjustments, obsolete items, inventories, incident management, etc.). * Organizing and supervising cleaning, tidying, labeling, and related tasks. * Transport management: coordinating with logistics agencies, arranging transportation services, tracking availability, processing invoices, and reporting to headquarters. Minimum Requirements: * Relevant education or training preferred (logistics control, warehouse management, stock control, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP modules for sales, warehouse, and logistics is advantageous. * Availability to work split shifts from Monday to Friday. * Valid forklift operator license and experience operating front-end forklifts is mandatory.
