**Join our team at the Alcaudete industrial plant!** We are looking for a **Production Area Manager** responsible for planning, organizing, managing and supervising production orders, ensuring continuous improvement of production processes and leading operational staff, with the aim of guaranteeing maximum efficiency in delivery times and product quality. **Job responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing and supervising production tasks * Verification of factory requirements * Management and supervision of finished goods * Supervision of internal orders * Verification and supervision of quality parameters * Management and supervision of purchase orders * Analysis of production data * Management and supervision of development tests for new products * Optimization of warehouse space * Implementation of layout modifications and improvements * Technical Office support in manufacturing incidents * Communication and supervision of safety, quality and service standards. **Team management responsibilities:** * Task assignment and follow-up * Leadership, development and motivation of the team * Identification of training needs **Requirements** Industrial Organization Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree. Minimum 2 years’ experience Technical knowledge: Continuous improvement and Lean methodology; Layout design and production flows; Data analysis tools and industrial KPIs.
