If you have experience in boiler-making tasks—including layout, cutting, forming, and assembly of metal components—technical documentation and fabrication drawing interpretation, as well as executing work in accordance with established quality and safety standards, and are motivated to join a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement, this may be an excellent opportunity for you.
**What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?**
✔️ Performing boilermaking tasks in compliance with requirements specified in applicable documentation at each stage of manufacturing, analyzing fabrication drawings and specifications, and following the sequence outlined in Route Sheets, aiming to meet scheduled deadlines and quality standards. Some of these tasks may be carried out in confined spaces.
✔️ Assembling jigs and rotators according to the Jig Drawing.
✔️ Correctly selecting the appropriate type of slings and shackles based on the weight and shape of the component or part to be moved, as indicated in the drawings, and subsequently performing the lifting operation. Material transport using a pallet truck.
✔️ Crane operator duties, subject to usage limitations defined in the company’s internal procedures, based on your capacity and specific training.
✔️ Cleaning parts using both abrasive methods and authorized cleaning products.

✔️ Remuneration: according to Collective Agreement Level 421
✔️ Reference salary: The theoretical annual remuneration will consist of a gross fixed salary of €25,600 and a variable component of up to 22% of the gross fixed annual salary, linked to achievement of position-specific objectives and aligned with the company’s remuneration system as stipulated in the applicable Collective Agreement. Additionally, a shift-work bonus will be paid, with an estimated gross annual amount of €8,400. Furthermore, the selected candidate will be entitled to the social benefits provided for in the aforementioned Collective Agreement, granted and paid under the terms and conditions established therein.

**Essential Requirements:**
✔️ Minimum qualification: Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Welding and Boiler-making, or demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
