1. Administrative Assistant

**What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?**
✔️ Performing administrative and office tasks in accordance with the procedures established by the Quality Assurance Department.
✔️ Providing administrative support in carrying out tasks, updating records, and managing documentation.
✔️ Managing welder qualifications and correctly completing Welding Records (WR).
✔️ Reviewing Welding Records once welding operations are completed and closed, then submitting them to the data log.
✔️ Archiving and scanning documentation for submission to clients and initiating the review and approval process.
✔️ In Non-Destructive Testing, verifying adherence to and correct use of products specified in procedures, checking calibrations, operator licenses, etc.
✔️ Maintaining inspector certifications:
* Visual acuity tests
* AEND renewals
* ASME renewals
* Annual technical evaluations
✔️ Purchasing and ordering office and IT supplies.
✔️ Controlling supply deliveries and warehouse withdrawals of consumables for the Department.
✔️ Supporting equipment calibration control.
✔️ Daily scanning and archiving of inspection supervision reports.
✔️ Coordinating inspector training with Human Resources, travel arrangements, and certification agencies.
✔️ Managing medical examinations.
✔️ Entering data—including dates and renewals—into applications.
✔️ Supporting monthly calendar management using available information: organizing by shift, preparing the calendar, archiving it, distributing it, and maintaining it updated throughout the month—including permissions, vacations, shift changes, etc.—to ensure reliable real-time visibility of available personnel.
✔️ Supporting daily management of leave requests, overtime recovery, vacation requests, etc., via HR management applications.
✔️ Understanding company processes and expense nature for accurate accounting allocation.
✔️ Providing documentary support during internal system audits.

✔️ Remuneration: according to Collective Agreement level 413
✔️ Reference salary: The theoretical annual remuneration will consist of a gross fixed salary of €28,000 and a variable component of up to 21% of the annual gross fixed salary, linked to achievement of position-specific objectives and aligned with the company’s remuneration system outlined in the applicable Collective Agreement. Additionally, the selected candidate will be entitled to social benefits stipulated in the aforementioned Collective Agreement, granted and paid under the terms and conditions established therein.

**Mandatory Requirements:**
✔️ Minimum qualification: Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Administration.
