* Boilermaker Supervisor **Permanent contract \| Full-time** **Would you like to join a team where your work directly contributes to the proper execution of assembly and boilermaking processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and planning standards for our industrial projects?** If you have experience coordinating work teams in industrial environments, interpreting drawings and technical documentation, supervising assembly activities, and managing production—and are motivated to develop professionally within a dynamic and demanding environment—this may be an excellent opportunity for you. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** ✔️ Manage and supervise the execution of assembly tasks by assembly personnel, assessing risks and potential issues during work execution. ✔️ Provide relevant and necessary instructions and documentation to assemblers, grinders, and detailers so they perform their work according to applicable requirements and regulations. ✔️ Ensure that safety measures for personnel under your supervision are implemented. ✔️ Enforce compliance with regulations, drawings, specifications, and all other applicable documentation for each assembly process. ✔️ Assign work bonuses to personnel. ✔️ Update the Assembly Manufacturing Record with progress status. ✔️ Notify relevant parties of critical checkpoints in assembly activities requiring such notification. ✔️ Coordinate with other trades to ensure efficient workflow advancement. **What do we offer?** ✔️ Number of positions: 1 ✔️ Department: Manufacturing ✔️ Work location: Maliaño (Cantabria) ✔️ Permanent full-time contract ✔️ Five shifts ✔️ Compensation: annual gross fixed salary of **32\.100€**, plus a variable component of up to **20 %**, linked to achievement of objectives, along with social benefits stipulated in the ENSA Collective Agreement. Additionally, a shift-work bonus will be paid, with an estimated annual gross amount of 8\.700€. Mandatory Requirements ✔️ Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Metal Structures or at least 3 years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role.
