Our client is a multinational software company with offices in Germany, France, Japan and Spain (Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid). They develop technological products specialized in the financial and insurance sectors. We are looking for **3 Business Analysts** to join the Consulting team in the Valencia/Barcelona office. ### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies. * Perform business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UAT. * Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis. * Be an active member of an agile team and take responsibility for your topics. * Challenge yourself in different roles by performing diverse tasks in an international environment. ### **What do we expect from you?** * At least **2 years of experience in IT projects** for the financial **sector insurance.** * A bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, computer science, or related fields. * Very high/bilingual level of **English and Spanish (C1–C2\).** * Understanding of agile ways of working. * Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to tackle complex problems. * Ability to work in Spain and the European Union full\-time. * **Willing to travel to the client’s site (Madrid) for up to 50% of working time (All transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses are covered by the company)** ### **What do we offer you?** * **Hybrid remote work model** (2–3 times per week in the office) * Salary 39K – 48K \+ performance bonuses and rewards. * Possibility of promotion twice a year and a clearly defined career path with salary projections (reviews every 6 months). * Growth opportunities with a training budget that you can use for courses and conferences. * Language classes for employees. * An internal coach who will guide you through your onboarding process, continuous training, and professional opportunities, plus a budget for team lunches. * Numerous team\-building activities, trips, hobby groups, and cultural events to foster a teamwork\-driven company culture.
