You will work rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon, and night. What are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in an industrial environment to perform the role of Die-Cutting Operator. For this, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with initiative, who have vocational training in graphic arts, mechanical manufacturing, electromechanics, or related fields, and who are interested in developing in a stable position. Reporting to the production specialist, your main responsibilities would include: \- Checking at the beginning of the shift that the machines are functioning correctly and performing any necessary checks or repairs to start production in the die-cutting area. You will be responsible for the preparation, proper operation, and maintenance of tooling on assigned die-cutting machines, ensuring that the work performed complies with the relevant instructions. You must know how to configure the die-cutting machine to achieve high product quality with optimal processing speed. \- Performing all tasks related to the die-cutting process, as well as preparing the necessary tools for the machine's print run. You will verify order instructions and auxiliary materials, and ensure proper management of process and production control data. \- Carrying out established preventive maintenance on tooling and auxiliary equipment. You will be able to resolve minor breakdowns and take initiative to implement process improvements. For us, quality and safety come first, so it will be important that you maintain your work area in proper cleanliness conditions, adhere to established hygiene standards, and comply with occupational health and safety regulations applicable to the position and the facility in general. You will monitor the process and report unsafe situations to your direct supervisor, as well as any quality and/or quantity issues.
