We are seeking staff for a residential facility in Cabezón de la Sal, requiring the recruitment of five professionals to provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities and/or dependency. Main responsibilities will include helping residents with daily living activities they cannot perform independently, such as personal hygiene, feeding, and accompaniment. Postural changes will also be carried out, always prioritizing residents’ physical and mental well-being. For this position, it is mandatory to hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training (CFGM) qualification in Auxiliary Nursing Care, CFGM in Care for Dependent Persons, or a professional certificate related to the healthcare sector. A valid driver’s license is required, especially if the candidate does not reside in the Cabezón de la Sal area. Previous experience in the dependency care sector, as well as training in gender equality, will be considered favorably. A full-time substitute employment contract is offered, with rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and occasionally nights. Remuneration will follow the Spanish State Collective Agreement for Dependency Care Services, with an additional bonus for working on public holidays.
