If you want to take care of yourself, have any discomfort or pain in your body, if your neck or back hurts, or if you simply seek a moment of connection with yourself where you can stop the noise of work and the speed of the city. This is your place.\n\nMy Yoga classes are very complete and have several parts: meditation, warm-up, sequence of postures (asanas), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation. Sometimes we chant mantras and learn about yoga philosophy.\n\nThe Yoga we practice is HATHA YOGA - HATHA VINYASA YOGA, although I like to call it Intuitive Yoga, because I listen to how you come to class and adapt the session according to what you need that day.\n\nYoga that changes your face and opens your heart.\n\nThroughout the year we do sadhanas on different themes to practice yoga in an integral way. For example, the Chakra Sadhana (learning to connect with our energy centers), the Sadhana of Hindu Gods (discovering the archetype of each god within us), and classes focused on specific parts of the body, as well as special classes with spiritual and emotional intentions. Right now we are in the Sadhana of the Hindu Gods, getting to know Ganesha :)\n\nHere, the yoga we practice goes beyond—it's a way of life that helps us live in balance, harmony, and love. If you've ever practiced yoga, you'll see that this is very intuitive and creative yoga, adapted to the energy of each day and each one of you.\n\n--> The first class is FREE.
