The internship will take place in the **Tech Operations area**, within the Customer & Service Operation team, responsible for incident management and continuous service improvement. The department focuses on analyzing operational data, identifying patterns, and optimizing processes using digital tools and artificial intelligence. **Training Objectives** This program will enable students to develop competencies in data analytics and IT operations: * **Incident Analysis:** Understand how incidents are managed and analyzed in technology environments. * **Pattern Identification:** Learn to detect trends and recurring causes from operational data. * **Dashboards:** Develop skills in creating and maintaining dashboards. * **Application of Artificial Intelligence:** Become familiar with using AI for incident classification and analysis. * **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in identifying and tracking issues to optimize processes. **Mentorship and Follow-up** The intern will be supported by a specialized mentor who will: * Define a tailored training plan aligned with the intern’s profile. * Support the intern in data analysis and process improvement. * Conduct ongoing progress monitoring. * Provide periodic feedback to enhance competency development. **Candidate Profile** **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technological fields. **Competencies and skills:** * Interest in data analysis and IT operations. * Analytical ability and structured thinking. * Initiative and proactivity. * Teamwork capability. **Languages:** Not required. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). * Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL). * Interest in applied artificial intelligence for data. * Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
