Its environment enables students to participate in innovative projects aimed at optimizing systems and technological processes. The internship will take place within the **Tech Operations** area, specifically in the Infrastructure Engineering & Operations (TMC-Infrastructures) team. This team focuses on managing and optimizing technological infrastructures, including databases and critical systems. The department emphasizes incorporating artificial intelligence to enhance technical processes, especially in database management and automation. **Training Objectives** This program will enable students to acquire competencies in data management and artificial intelligence: * **Database Management:** Understand how database systems operate in enterprise environments. * **Application of Artificial Intelligence:** Learn how to identify and define use cases of AI applied to data management. * **Technology Evaluation:** Analyze available AI tools and solutions in the market and within the organization. * **Project Implementation:** Participate in learning the process of implementing technological solutions. * **Technical Documentation:** Develop skills in documenting processes and solutions. **Mentoring and Progress Tracking** The intern will be assigned a specialized mentor who will: * Define a tailored training plan aligned with the intern’s profile. * Support technical learning and project development. * Conduct continuous progress tracking. * Provide periodic feedback to foster competency development. **Candidate Profile** **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technological fields. **Competencies and Skills:** * Interest in data management and artificial intelligence. * Analytical ability and structured thinking. * Initiative and proactivity. * Capacity for continuous learning. **Languages:** * English is valued. **Additional assets (positively considered):** * Knowledge of databases. * Basic programming knowledge. * Interest in applied artificial intelligence. * Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
