We are looking for a Production Engineer to support production activities within the MRTT (A330) programme. The selected candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure proper planning and execution of tasks on the Final Assembly Line (FAL), guaranteeing adherence to project timelines and objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide engineering support to various Production teams. * Coordinate and plan production activities to ensure correct execution of daily planning. * Ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines, avoiding backlog. * Conduct time assessments for preparation and execution of work orders. * Manage problem resolution, risk identification, and planning to meet project milestones. * Participate in technical training and supervision of new hires within the MRTT programme in the role of Production Engineer. * Collaborate closely with FAL Production and support teams. **What We Offer** * Participation in a technical, dynamic, and collaborative team. * Professional development and growth opportunities in electronics. * An inclusive, participative, and team-oriented work environment. * Work flexibility. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Industrial or related field). * Proven experience in aerospace production and FAL support is mandatory. * Knowledge of the MRTT (A330) programme. * Experience in A400M, C295 or similar programmes will be valued. * Planning, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities. * Teamwork and technical communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in complex aerospace production environments. * Prior experience in training or supervising technical personnel.
