At Grupo Marco, we are continuously growing and currently need to incorporate into our team **a Building and Installation Studies Technician.** Madrid (Head Offices) **What will your responsibilities be?** * Preparation of comprehensive construction budgets, both for building works and installations. * Issuing supplier and subcontractor quotation requests, as well as their comparison and follow-up. * Analysis of projects and technical documentation to ensure accurate economic definition of works. * Evaluation of technical and economic alternatives for project optimization. Development of quantity take-offs. * Preparation of execution schedules and timelines. * Support in preparing technical documentation for tenders and proposals. * Coordination with various departments. **Job Requirements:** * Education in Technical Architecture or higher / Building Engineering. * Software: Presto, Project, intermediate-to-advanced office tools (especially Excel). * Additional specialized training in BIM and energy efficiency is desirable. * 3–5 years’ experience as a studies technician, preferably within a construction company. **What will you find if you join us?** The contract will be permanent from day one, full-time, Monday to Friday. **Competitive financial conditions:** We offer a competitive compensation package, with a market-aligned salary adjusted to your experience and professional profile. **Professional development and training plan:** We will walk this path together—you set the pace, and we provide the tools.
