**Payroll Process Specialist** -------------------------------------- ### **Job Description** At Globalia Handling, a company committed to equal opportunities, we need to hire a Senior Payroll Process Specialist to join our human capital, comprising over 6,000 employees. With over 20 years of experience as a handling services provider, Globalia is a benchmark in the airport sector, operating at more than 15 national airports where we provide ground handling services to the world’s leading airlines. Reporting to the Manager of the Human Resources Administration Area (Payroll, Social Security, and Employment Contracts) at Globalia Handling / Groundforce, we seek a proactive, highly committed, and responsible professional to manage key payroll processes, who will join our offices located in Pozuelo de Alarcón. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Participate in executing payroll review controls. * Ensure accurate payroll accounting execution, being responsible for reconciling various accounting accounts. * Monitor billing and reconciliation of HR-managed products, such as those integrated into the Flexible Compensation System. * Generate area follow-up reports and prepare control reports, including analyses of labor absenteeism, workforce headcount, and associated costs. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Labor Relations. * Advanced user of SAP (desirable but not mandatory), or other payroll tools. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, with a holistic understanding of the human resources administration area. * Experience in analytical functions for preparing reports and dashboards. * High proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel (charts, pivot tables, logical formulas); knowledge of Power BI is valued. * Familiarity with employment contract regulations, Social Security, Mutual Insurance Companies, etc. ### **Competencies and Skills** * Proactive and responsible profile. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Communication skills and teamwork.
