Together, we are and create MAPFRE. **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid **Department:** Senior Management**What will you do in this position?** ------------------------------------- * Manage and settle medium- and long-term cash and stock-based incentives. * Prepare and settle variable remuneration conditions (national and international). * Manage international social benefits (pension calculations, taxation, and social security). * Collaborate on reporting to governance bodies, external institutions (CNMV), internal reporting (e.g., annual reports or annual statements), governance calendar tracking, and proxy responses. * Review expatriation contracts and letters, and prepare remuneration conditions and related annexes. * Conduct job evaluations. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * **Education**: Degree in Law and/or Business Administration and Management (ADE). A postgraduate degree in Taxation, Compensation, or Executive Compensation is highly valued. * **English**: Minimum C1 level\. * **Tools and software**: Advanced proficiency in data management and calculation tools (e.g., Excel) as well as compensation management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Meta4, and similar). * **Knowledge**: + Knowledge and experience in personal income tax (IRPF) and international mobility. + Cross-functional perspective in project management. We seek a proactive individual with strong motivation, attention to order, quality, and technical precision; detail-oriented and people-focused; able to work effectively in teams and demonstrate initiative.
