We are seeking a kitchen assistant for a senior residence in Palma de Mallorca. Duties include assisting in meal preparation, following the daily menu according to the kitchen supervisor's instructions, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of utensils, work areas, and all other facilities. Other duties inherent to the position will also be performed. This is a temporary employment contract with full-time hours (40 hours per week), Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts, between 07:00 and 20:30, with legally mandated rest periods. We seek a responsible individual capable of working effectively in a team, who values hygiene and order in the workplace. * Minimum one year of experience performing tasks similar to those described. * We seek a dynamic, creative individual with strong teamwork skills. * Living near the workplace or having personal transportation to commute to the job site is desirable. . * Advanced knowledge of Spanish and Majorcan cuisine. \- Valid food handler certification is desirable.
