Objective
We are a foundation with around 270 professionals and 50 years of experience, committed to supporting families in vulnerable situations by providing social, psychological, and educational accompaniment.
What are we looking for?
Accompaniment Technician
**Description:**
Accompany victims in administrative procedures related to their situation: courts, law enforcement agencies, healthcare services, and social services.
Empower victims to independently carry out such administrative procedures.
Provide emotional support and containment; raise awareness about their situation of violence; offer support and guidance regarding available resources; and promote overall autonomy.
Assess the suitability of accompaniment upon request from other services, and organize daily tasks.
Collaborate in assessment and development of work plans.
Provide support, mediation, and follow-up during administrative procedures.
Coordinate with case reference professionals.
Collaborate in dissemination and updating of the Resource Guide; foster social networks.
Coordinate with other services.
Archiving and record-keeping tasks.
Coordinate with the program team.
Initial interviews with users and ad-hoc assistance
**Offered:**
**Contract:** Temporary appointment
**Working hours:** 35 hours per week
**Remuneration:** €1,940 gross/month (14 payments)

**Requirements:**
**Qualification:** University degree in education, social sciences, psychology, or law (Psychology, Social Work, Social Education, Law).
Training in gender equality / male violence.
**Experience:** Professional experience or academic internships in services supporting victims of male violence; administrative procedures related to gender-based violence (e.g., complaints, court hearings, processing, etc.).
Catalan — advanced level; Spanish — advanced level; other languages — advantageous
