At Estel Ingeniería y Obra, a leading company in integrated engineering and construction installations with international presence, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Marketing Technician to strengthen our team. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- **Social Media** * Scheduling posts aligned with brand identity. * Engaging with the online community: followers, messages, and comments. * Analyzing metrics and optimizing digital strategies. * **Internal Communication** * Writing content for the corporate magazine and other internal channels. * Supporting the promotion of internal initiatives. * **Corporate Events** * Planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, presentations, and celebrations. * **Brand Image and Digital Support** * Assisting in updating the corporate website (WordPress, desirable). * Ensuring visual consistency across materials and digital channels (presentations, documents, etc.) **Profile Requirements** ------------------------- * Experience in social media management. * Proficiency with digital tools (Canva, CapCut). * Strong skills in PowerPoint and Word. * Experience with WordPress is a plus. **Employment Conditions** ------------------------------- * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00; Friday: 08:00–15:00\. * Flexible start time between 08:00 and 09:00\. * Reduced working hours in July and August. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Background in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field. * Opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team. * International-scale projects. * A creative environment to contribute ideas and grow the Estel brand.
