Responsibilities We are launching a new recruitment process for a position at a school located in Aravaca. We are seeking a COOK with at least one year’s experience in catering services for collective dining. If you are looking for employment, apply now! What will your responsibilities be? * Full kitchen management (daily menu planning, vegan meals, gluten-free meals, allergy accommodations, etc.) * Cooking for approximately 1,000 people on a full-board basis. * Order management, stock control, HACCP system implementation... Requirements - Experience in collective catering and ability to work autonomously and independently will be valued. * MANDATORY: Valid Criminal Record Certificate for Sexual Offenses issued within the last three months.
