Our approach is customer-centric, aiming to maximize information, trust, and satisfaction for customers and other stakeholders. We work to properly define and address different customer segments, including vulnerable ones and special events, analyzing their needs with a focus on maximizing satisfaction. Additionally, we promote continuous innovation to improve our processes and services. The Practical Training involves a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, includes 22 working days of annual leave, and provides a study allowance of 900€ gross per month.
