Support Technician Job Description We are looking for a Support Technician with experience in SQL and PL/SQL to join the Global Reconciliation Product Support team, providing support to area activities and collaborating closely with the Level 1 CSA team\. The selected candidate will participate in the management, tracking, and resolution of incidents related to various reconciliation processes, within an international and highly technological environment. Responsibilities Support for reconciliation area activities. Support for the Level 1 CSA team within the Global Reconciliation Product. Management, tracking, and resolution of incidents. Analysis of reconciliation processes. Database querying and analysis. Review of scripts and batch processes. Collaboration with technical and functional teams. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. **Required Skills:** SQL and PL/SQL (mandatory) — queries on Oracle databases. Transact\-SQL for SQL Server databases.
