This is a 6-session project designed for a group of adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The selected candidate will facilitate a creative process aimed at collaboratively producing an audiovisual piece (e.g., music video, short film, or similar format) with the group, using music, artistic expression, and teamwork as tools for participation. Additionally, emotional expression, life story narration, empowerment, and self-esteem will be addressed transversally and participatively. **Profile:** Preferred profile Education or experience in audiovisual communication, cinema, photography, performing arts, art education, or related disciplines. Experience facilitating group activities. Sensitivity towards social inclusion projects. Ability to adapt activities and encourage participation. Experience working with people with disabilities. We seek not only technical video knowledge but also a participatory, flexible methodology adapted to diverse learning paces. Conditions 6-session project.
